Hi, I’m Ashley.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a meaningful step toward the kind of change you want in your life. I believe growth happens when we meet ourselves with kindness and curiosity, rather than judgment.

In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace. You’ll guide the direction of our sessions, and I’ll support you in exploring your experiences, making sense of what you’re carrying, and building tools to care for yourself in ways that feel sustainable.

I work with youth, individuals, and couples, supporting folks navigating trauma, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with their bodies. I draw on narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic interventions, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and EMDR to guide our work together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support in navigating life’s challenges, we’ll explore what’s coming up in your life and relationships.

Areas I can support include:

  • Mood-related concerns and diagnoses

  • Trauma

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Relationships

If you’re curious about starting counselling or wondering whether we would be a good fit, I’d be happy to connect. I look forward to supporting you in building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.

"The ADHD & Relationship Centre has been TRULY transformational. I knew so little about ADHD and how to navigate life’s challenges with this unknown ’superpower,’ and yet it seemed this superpower was only getting me in trouble. However, through hard work, practicing communication and internal thinking, and constant encouragement... I HIGHLY recommend The ADHD & Relationship Centre."
