ADHD Coach
B.Sc & MA (in progress)

Hi, I’m Alison.

I’m a trauma-informed coach who supports ADHDers in moving from shame, overwhelm, and people-pleasing into more grounded connection with themselves and others. My work weaves together nervous-system regulation, body-based awareness, and practical tools for communication, boundaries, and executive functioning. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I meet you where you’re at, honour your pacing, and support you in exploring small, sustainable shifts that create meaningful change.

With a background in psychology, life coaching, and mental-health support, I bring over a decade of experience walking alongside folks navigating stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I hold a diploma in Life Coaching and am currently completing my Master of Counselling degree through Athabasca University.

Specializations:

• Nervous-system regulation and somatic, body-based awareness
• Communication and boundaries
• Burnout, self-trust, and life transitions for ADHDers
• Cycle awareness and hormone-informed living
• Holistic, nutrition-informed lifestyle support

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Life Coaching Diploma
• Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness Certification

• 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

In my spare time, you’ll find me dancing, singing and playing guitar, wandering through mossy forests, or breathing in ocean air. Movement is how I come home to myself, whether through partner dance, contact improv, ecstatic dance, or simply finding rhythm in everyday life.

"The ADHD & Relationship Centre has been TRULY transformational. I knew so little about ADHD and how to navigate life’s challenges with this unknown ’superpower,’ and yet it seemed this superpower was only getting me in trouble. However, through hard work, practicing communication and internal thinking, and constant encouragement... I HIGHLY recommend The ADHD & Relationship Centre."
