How we'll work together
My Approach & Philosophy
I offer online support to adults through one-on-one coaching and counselling, couple's sessions, and support groups. My services are LGBTQ+ and alternative-relationships friendly. You do not need to have a diagnosis for access.
I use an evidence-based approach to guide my work, tailoring sessions to each individual and couple's needs. Therapeutic modalities I work with include Internal Family Systems (Parts), trauma-informed therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. It is also guided by research-based interventions from relationship experts Drs. Julie and John Gottman.
Individual and Couples Counselling
80-minute sessions are standard for couples and relationship counselling, as well as for your individual assessment appointment (for first sessions).
Available for individuals after the initial 80-minute intake appointment.
Available for relationship or individual counselling.
The Coping During COVID Support Group restarts on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021. This group runs every Tuesday from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM PST until the end of April.
Group members vote on which topic gets discussed each session.
Past topics have included: dealing with anxiety and depression, coping strategies for managing isolation, and maintaining healthy relationships during the pandemic.
