Hi, I'm Ashley.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but it’s also a meaningful step toward the kind of change you want in your life. I believe growth happens when we meet ourselves with kindness and curiosity, rather than judgment.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace. I’ll support you in exploring your experiences, making sense of what you’re carrying, and building tools to care for yourself in ways that feel sustainable.

I work with youth, individuals, and couples, with a focus on helping people navigate relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, trauma, and ADHD-related challenges. Whether you’re working through conflict, feeling disconnected, or managing overwhelm and executive functioning struggles, I’ll walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and practical tools.

I draw on narrative therapy, mindfulness, somatic interventions, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and EMDR to guide our work. My approach is collaborative and attuned, grounded in the belief that healing and insight are possible when we feel safe enough to turn inward.

Some areas I can support include:
-
ADHD-related challenges (focus, overwhelm, self-criticism, executive functioning)
-
Relationship concerns (communication, boundaries, repair work)
-
Trauma
-
Emotional regulation
-
Anxiety and mood-related struggles

If you’re curious about starting counselling or wondering whether we’d be a good fit, I’d be happy to connect. I look forward to supporting you in building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.
