The Adult ADHD Support Group (16+) runs every other Thursday from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM PST.

This is a group to connect with other people who understand what it’s like to live with ADHD/ADD. Everyone is welcome, including friends, family or partners of people with ADHD, no diagnosis necessary. Drop in style, free for the first meeting, run by neurodivergent practitioners.

Group members vote on which topic gets discussed each session. Past topics have included: dealing with anxiety and depression, time management, and strategies for building healthier relationships. We also laugh a lot, and support each other by sharing insights for coping with our ADHD symptoms.

We also run workshops in the community about self-compassion, sexual wellbeing, and relationship skills training for neurospicy people. If you are interested in hearing about upcoming events and receiving free resources, sign up for the monthly newsletter below.
