I truly believe we heal when we have a strong connection to ourselves, the people we care about, and our environment. I aim to create a safe and understanding relationship with those I counsel.

 

As a neurodivergent practitioner, I encourage you to show up as your authentic self and I will do the same. All of your emotions, thoughts, and experiences are welcome. Through our work together my goal is for you to feel seen, proud of you who you are, appreciated, and hopeful about the future. I want to help you know and trust yourself by exploring your feelings, past experiences, triggers, values, and goals.
