Hi, I’m Kat, the Founder and Clinical Director of The ADHD & Relationship Centre.  

 

I love working as a therapist for fellow “Tiggers” (ADHDers) and am passionate about helping people to connect with more love in their lives through developing relational awareness, communication skills training, exploring attachment patterns and deepening self-compassion.   

 

I have Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I'm a Mental Health Service Provider for the First Nations Health Authority and a TheraPsil Associate.
